One-on-One

• Duration: By the hour

• In one-on-one visual facilitation, I ask seven basic questions about the problem you want to solve and then I record our conversation in a connected diagram of key images and words in front of your eyes as we talk. This will let you see patterns, connections, and solutions that can be useful for you to move forward. This is great for specific problems, as well as for clarifying where to start with amorphous or multifaceted problems.

Small Group (up to 20)

• Duration: 1/2 day

• Visual sharing and collaboration.

• In the small group workshop I teach basic visual thinking skills and lead participants through activities where they apply that visual thinking to problems through drawing simple but powerful pictures. Participants will share their problem solving with each other in mini-groups, and then the whole group. A session like this allows for a huge amount of knowledge exchange, collaboration, and problem solving.

Large group

• Visual Recording

• Duration: Tailored to event

• In visual recordings for large events, I record the proceedings of large presentations visually in images and key phrases as large full color drawing as the event unfolds. In this way, a pictorial record of the event evolves which participants can check in on during breaks. Visual recordings like this help people remember key information from events better and provide a catalyst for further conversation and insights.
